Faithful in the small things

“Unless you are faithful in small matters, you won’t be faithful in large ones. If you cheat even a little, you won’t be honest with greater responsibilities. Sign of grace

This song isn't new, but I heard it with new ears this week. I love the line that says, "A certain sign of grace is this: From the broken earth flowers come up, pushing through the dirt." Despite the messes I find myself in and the seeming impossibility of getting out, God rescues me every time - and transforms difficult situations into something beautiful. It's a good reminder when I find myself tested. I just have to stay close and watch the Artist at work.
